Winter Garden

I still can't get used to having a fall and winter garden

that is better than the one I plant in the summer time.  

But because of the extreme heat and lack of sufficient water in the summer,

it is more difficult to grow vegetables and flowers than it is during the time we get some rain.

Here are pictures of my garden at the moment - we have eaten lots of lettuce,
kale, and spinach this fall and winter.
